Products

There is an image that shows 2 hair oil bottles, does that mean I pay $95 and receive both products?

No, the image shows two different products, one meant for Oily hair and the other for Dry to Normal hair. When you specify your fragrance and hair type you get only ONE product for $95.

We may reject or cancel an order if We have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

You can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days after the order has been processed within the continental USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Longer shipping times may apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

What is your shipping policy?

FREE Standard Shipping via USPS on all merchandise orders within the continental USA (2-7 business days for processing and shipping to receive your order). There is an extra shipping fee to non-contiguous states and territories such as Hawaii and Alaska. At this time, We only ship within the United States. Orders must be placed by 3pm ET Monday–Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days.

Cancellations/Changes/Abandoned Shipments

How does Cancellations/Changes/Abandoned Shipments work?

At the moment, all orders are FINAL. We are not able to adjust and/or cancel orders after they are placed.

What happens to Non-deliverable/Refused/Courier Returned Domestic Shipments?

Should a package be returned to Us due to being unclaimed, refused, or an incorrect address, We will refund the cost of goods, and charge you the return shipping cost and our 10% restock fee. La Joya Cosmetics is not responsible for unclaimed, refused, or incorrectly addressed items that are lost in transit in the course of being returned to Us.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number from Our shipping partners such as USPS . To track your order, simply click the link in the email you receive.

My package was stolen, what should I do?

La Joya Cosmetics is NOT responsible for stolen parcels.
