If a refund claim is approved, La Joya Cosmetics has the right to provide the refunded amount to the original form of payment. Incorrect item(s) must be returned unopened and in its original product packaging with all accessories to receive a refund.
Incorrect and / or damaged item(s) must be returned in their original product packaging, with all accessories to receive a refund. Please allow time for Us to receive your item(s), inspect and process the return. Returns will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt, and you will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed. Shipping and delivery fees for product returns are covered by Us.
1) Please fill out Our refund claim form. Only items selected in the incorrect and/or damages items form will be eligible for a refund. Additional items not specified in the damages & incorrect items form will not be processed for a refund.
2) Please pack the item(s) you want to return in the original shipping packaging if possible. Otherwise, pack the item(s) in a well-padded envelope or box for protection during shipping.
3) Please note the original purchase at La Joya Cosmetics packages do not include prepaid labels. Once your damaged or incorrect items refund claim form is reviewed and approved a prepaid label will be provided. Once received, attach the prepaid return label to the front of the package.
4) Look out for an email confirmation—We’ll let you know when your return is received and processed!
